The EtherCAT Middleware consists of all the elements necessary to start the EtherCAT slave | |
development with the Beckhoff Slave Stack Code (SSC) including the EtherCAT | |
Slave Solution personality for the ModusToolbox™. | |
**Important Notice Regarding Use of Middleware:** This Middleware works only with the slave | |
stack code generated by the Beckhoff SSC tool. | |

* The Middleware provides already implemented APIs required by the SSC stack and common functions. | |
* Contains the ECAT personality and Excel file with the Stack configuration. | |
