### Overview
The PDUtils middleware implements the software timer and utility functions required by EZ-PD(TM) PMG1/CCGx/WLC devices.
### Features
1) Provides APIs for software timer management
2) Provides APIs for performing utility functions such as Checksum, CRC check, and event management.
